Season Leaving
Please enter the season that you just closed. Also known as, the previous season. This is what will

This is for the current season. It is how you will identify kids

Set Parents and Coaches view
Some organizations, especially during the Spring Season, will
have registration for the Fall begin.
If you change the current season to become the previous season, parents and coaches will no
longer be able to view their information.

Waiting List date
If you wish, you can automatically place people on a waiting list
after a certain date. They can still register, and they are asked if it is acceptable. They are not required to
pay unless they are placed.
If you do not use a waiting list, please set this date to way out in the future.

Late Date
This function sets the late date. Any registration placed after
this date at 12:01 am will be considered late and can have a late fee assessed.
Once you hit continue, you will be taken to the page to enter the late fee.

Assigning Levels
This is very important!.
The level you call your groups is the prefix to the auto assign teams.
So, If you call your K level Muppets, please simply use the Level Prefix of M
The auto assign teams function will take this prefix, M, and make the first team a
M-1 etc etc

be the prefix to your teams using the Auto Assign teams feature. You do not need to seperate it
between boys and girls as the Auto Assign teams features does that automatically.
Please do not use $(the dollar sign) or .00(decimal zero cents) when entering in the price.

If your group uses all of the grades listed below, then
the words We Use should be seen here. The words We Don't Use should
be next to those grades that you do not use.

Maximum Fee Per family
If your organization has a max fee per family, enter it here.
If no such fee exists, please enter as 0
Travel Question
If your organization offers a travel program choose yes and during
the registration process, children above the K level will be asked if they would like to participate
in travel. This does not guarantee them a spot and it does tell them that. It only places them on a list
for travel tryouts.
They are not required to pay at the end.
New Camps
This is where you will enter any camps that your organization offers.
Session times can be entered as dates or times or days or a combination of all three.
Limit is the number of kids that can register for this camp. If there is no limit, set it at 100.
If the limit has been hit and someone attempts to register, it tells them that registration is closed.
The large box at the bottom is for your description of the camp.

Assigning Levels
This is VERY Important. The levels you assign will be
used in the auto assign teams function. This is confusing so stay with me....
The system will automatically split boys and girls into their proper category, you do not need to do so.
So if your first grade level is U8 simply assign all first graders to U8, not U8Boys/Girls or any such combination.
The system will automaticaly take all U8 Boys and assign them to U8B-1 and then U8B-2 etc etc. Then it will do
exactly the same for the girls except it will use U8G-1
Granting Refunds
There will be occassions to grant refunds to players. You will have to mark these players as
refunded in the system. This removes them from an teams they may be assigned to.
AutoAssigning Teams
THIS IS A VERY POWERFUL AND POTENTIALLY DANGERS TOOL
This feature takes all new players and places them on existing teams.

Additional Activity Fee
Should your organization charge any additional fees,
such as fundraiser fee, here is where you would assign it.
Max Activity Fee
If you charge a max fee per family, say if there are three kids but you only
charge this fee for two, you would set this to the max fee.

What is this?
If you use more than one sport, but not year round, you can choose to deactivate
any sport and not have to pay for it. You will still be able to administer to it, but the public will not be able to see it.
You will only be charged for active websites.
YOU CANNOT DEACTIVATE THE DEFAULT WEBSITE! This is a damn good website for such little cash, you have to
pay at least something for it :)
Any abuse of this system will result in all sports being charged at all times. Abuse being defined as turning on and off so the public
can get information but you dont have to pay when your month is up :)
What is this?
Some organizations have leagues within their levels with each league paying a different price.
So, say level/division U8 has an A and B league under it with each league paying a different price, you will use this feature.

This will allow you to more quickly enter payments. Simply click on yes and the
player will be marked as paid and an email will be sent out with this information.

will cost an additional $5.00 a month. This money does not go to
SMDSports, rather it is a charge from the hosting company.
