Because this website contains the personal information for all of your players and their parents, should the main administrator leave their post and not pass along the admin information, SMD Sports cannot and willnot provide admin access to anyone not previously authorized.

New members to your forum have to register and be approved.
To approve any of the members listed below, simply click on Approve.

The member approved will also receive and email informing them that they have been approved and they may begin posting

You will need to create different Forum Topics for people to post messages to.

For Example., Coaching or Drills and Tips.

You can assign individuals access to the team proflies pages only. They will ONLY have access to the team you choose and not to any other team or the rest of the admin tools.

This will allow different people to edit their own team information such as profiles, scores etc.

Change the color of your website

Simply choose the color you wish to use.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT

Do not use the & symbol to signify the word And. It is a symbol used in coding and will not translate to regular text

During registration coaches can volunteer to coach more than one child and the system allows for a coach to have up to three teams. This means that you could have duplicate coach registations.

You MUST delete the duplicates. Then you can assign the coach to more than one team.

This allows you to change the order in which these items appear to the public. Starting with the number 1.
Click on the file you want and choose what order on the page you want it to appear

If you dont need these files to be ordered, simply leave blank.

Setting The Open Date

This sets the date that registration opens online.
Registration will automatically open at 12:01am on the date entered

Season Leaving

Please enter the season that you just closed. Also known as, the previous season. This is what will allow children to return register and will allow you to view reports from the past season.

Current Season

This is for the current season. It is how you will identify kids who are registering for the new season

Set Parents and Coaches view

Some organizations, especially during the Spring Season, will have registration for the Fall begin.
If you change the current season to become the previous season, parents and coaches will no longer be able to view their information.

So, if you are still playing the Spring season but open the Fall registration, make sure this is set to the Spring season

Waiting List date

If you wish, you can automatically place people on a waiting list after a certain date. They can still register, and they are asked if it is acceptable. They are not required to pay unless they are placed.

If you do not use a waiting list, please set this date to way out in the future.

Late Date

This function sets the late date. Any registration placed after this date at 12:01 am will be considered late and can have a late fee assessed.

Once you hit continue, you will be taken to the page to enter the late fee.

If no late date is used, then set the date to a far off time.

Late Fee

Please enter the amount of your late fee.

This is a per child fee.

Do not use a $ or .00 as this is done automatically

Assigning Levels

This is very important!.

The level you call your groups is the prefix to the auto assign teams.

So, If you call your K level Muppets, please simply use the Level Prefix of M

The auto assign teams function will take this prefix, M, and make the first team a M-1 etc etc

Assigning Levels

When assigning levels please remember that the level entered will be the prefix to your teams using the Auto Assign teams feature. You do not need to seperate it between boys and girls as the Auto Assign teams features does that automatically.

Please do not use $(the dollar sign) or .00(decimal zero cents) when entering in the price.

Does your organization use this grade

If your group uses all of the grades listed below, then the words We Use should be seen here.
The words We Don't Use should be next to those grades that you do not use.

Simply click on 'We Use' or 'We Don't Use' to change this.

Maximum Fee Per family

If your organization has a max fee per family, enter it here.

If no such fee exists, please enter as 0

Travel Question

If your organization offers a travel program choose yes and during the registration process, children above the K level will be asked if they would like to participate in travel. This does not guarantee them a spot and it does tell them that. It only places them on a list for travel tryouts.

They are not required to pay at the end.

New Camps

This is where you will enter any camps that your organization offers.

Session times can be entered as dates or times or days or a combination of all three.

Limit is the number of kids that can register for this camp. If there is no limit, set it at 100.
If the limit has been hit and someone attempts to register, it tells them that registration is closed.
The large box at the bottom is for your description of the camp.

Assigning Levels

This is VERY Important. The levels you assign will be used in the auto assign teams function. This is confusing so stay with me....

The system will automatically split boys and girls into their proper category, you do not need to do so. So if your first grade level is U8 simply assign all first graders to U8, not U8Boys/Girls or any such combination.

The system will automaticaly take all U8 Boys and assign them to U8B-1 and then U8B-2 etc etc. Then it will do exactly the same for the girls except it will use U8G-1

Granting Refunds

There will be occassions to grant refunds to players. You will have to mark these players as refunded in the system. This removes them from an teams they may be assigned to.

AutoAssigning Teams

THIS IS A VERY POWERFUL AND POTENTIALLY DANGERS TOOL

This feature takes all new players and places them on existing teams.

Additional Activity Fee

Should your organization charge any additional fees, such as fundraiser fee, here is where you would assign it.

Max Activity Fee

If you charge a max fee per family, say if there are three kids but you only charge this fee for two, you would set this to the max fee.

BIG TIME WARNING!!!

If you remove this sport, you WILL lose all data accompanying this sport.
If you do not wish to use this sport at this time, simply deactiveate it.

What is this?

If you use more than one sport, but not year round, you can choose to deactivate any sport and not have to pay for it. You will still be able to administer to it, but the public will not be able to see it. You will only be charged for active websites.

YOU CANNOT DEACTIVATE THE DEFAULT WEBSITE! This is a damn good website for such little cash, you have to pay at least something for it :)

Any abuse of this system will result in all sports being charged at all times. Abuse being defined as turning on and off so the public can get information but you dont have to pay when your month is up :)

What is this?

Some organizations have leagues within their levels with each league paying a different price.
So, say level/division U8 has an A and B league under it with each league paying a different price, you will use this feature.

What is this?

This will allow you to more quickly enter payments. Simply click on yes and the player will be marked as paid and an email will be sent out with this information.

Individual URL's

will cost an additional $5.00 a month. This money does not go to SMDSports, rather it is a charge from the hosting company.

UPDATED FIELD DIRECTIONS:

Due to multiple bridge construction below are directions to East Bangor Fields and Echo Lake Fields which bypasses Rte 512 bridge construction and Rte 611 Bridge construction. There are a bunch of roads that dont have signs or hard to read signs so I had to fill in landmarks so they have an idea where they're going.

East Bangor Fields: 100 Park Rd Bangor, PA

1. From Rte 33N Take the Stockertown/Rte 191 exit off of Rte 33 > at exit stop sign, turn right and immediately get on the left hand lane > at light make a left onto Sullivan Trail > Make right on Rte 191 North > Go about 6.5 miles and youll come to a sharp right hand turn (youll then pass KROHNS Foregn car service) make a right at the next available right which will lead you to a RECYCLE facility on your right (IF you pass Washington Elementery school on your right, you went too far& go back) > Go to the stop sign and go straight (You should pass KAISER MULCH on your right) > Go to 3-way STOP sign and make a left (Lower S Main St) > make next right (Springfield Dr) > Go to Stop sign and go straight (Richmond Rd) > Next stop sign go LEFT (Locke Heights Rd > Make right on Bunny Trail (about a mile away) > Stop sign make a left (Park Rd) >East Bangor Field is quarter mile on left.

2. From Rte 611 Take Rte 611 North to Jacktown Rd (Should be road just before the construction detour) > Follow Jacktown Rd to STOP sign (Jacktown engine show park on right) go straight and your next available right about quarter mile stay straight (Locke Heights Rd) > Make right on Bunny Trail (about a mile away) > Stop sign make a left (Park Rd) > East Bangor Field is a quarter mile on left.

Echo Lake Fields:

1.
